The aggressive expansion of large multinational corporations — Uber, Bolt and other ride-hailing giants — has made market conditions unsustainable for independent operators like us. Operating margins have been erased, and the relentless race to the bottom has punished those who chose to invest in service quality and a genuine relationship with their customers.
Despite every effort to adapt, we have reached a point where we can no longer deliver the standard you deserve and that we demand of ourselves. For this reason, we are forced to cease our operations.
