We are reaching out to you with the honesty and transparency we have always tried to uphold throughout our years of working together.

The private transportation industry has undergone a deep and irreversible shift. The aggressive expansion of large multinational corporations — Uber, Bolt and other ride-hailing giants — has made market conditions unsustainable for independent operators like us. Operating margins have been erased, and the relentless race to the bottom has punished those who chose to invest in service quality and a genuine relationship with their customers.

Despite every effort to adapt, we have reached a point where we can no longer deliver the standard you deserve and that we demand of ourselves. For this reason, we are forced to cease our operations.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly. Every ride arranged, every transfer managed, every instance of trust you placed in us has meant something real to our team.

Important notice

For all customers awaiting a refund or with active upcoming transfer bookings:

Our SumUp account has been closed and we are no longer able to issue refunds directly.

Please contact your bank or the card issuer you used for the payment, and inform them that the service provider is unable to process the refund. Your bank will be able to initiate a chargeback procedure and credit the amount back to your account.

We remain available for any clarification or documentation you may need throughout this process.
